Large room sizes, convenient parking facilities, functional business center
The indoor pool temperature left much to be desired!!! A significant lack of cleanliness in rooms and public spaces requires attention. The maintenance of equipment and amenities needs urgent improvement to enhance guest experiences!!!

Family-Friendly with a Comfy Bed
The staff was really courteous, and the room was clean and welcoming. I mean, they even gave us extra towels without us asking, which was a nice touch when you have kids running around.
It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but still acceptable for what we got.

Just an optimal selection for a fleeting pause in Tulsa with great value for money. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausages, pretty decent for the price. Check for extra charges at checkout since they almost added a fee not on my reservation.

We played at Battle Creek Golf Club and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The breakfast had tons of choices, and coffee was always available. Everyone was super friendly, and the late checkout was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfy for a great night's sleep.
The business center’s computers were out of order, which was a letdown since I didn’t bring my laptop. The front desk said it’s an ongoing issue, but they were really apologetic about it.

Nice stay, but needs some work
We were there for 2 nights. The room had dirty socks and food on the floor, which is kinda gross. A/C wasn’t cooling down either, and the toilet got clogged. The staff were nice, but it took forever to get anything fixed. Breakfast was decent, though! The eggs were fluffy, but honestly kinda bland.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Tulsa, and there were some highs and lows. The indoor pool was a highlight. The kids enjoyed it a lot, and it was warm and inviting. The breakfast options were decent but could use some variety. The eggs seemed watery, and they served sausage that was just slightly overcooked. I really liked that there were plenty of seating options for breakfast, but they could definitely improve on this part. The room I had was cozy and clean, but I noticed some minor cleanliness issues like the shower head needing an upgrade. Another downside was the front desk staff's responsiveness. I had to wait quite a bit for help when I had issues with my remote. It would be great if they could clean the common areas more thoroughly. I noticed the area's cleanliness could have been better. Overall, it felt like it could be a good spot for families, but some aspects need attention to make the experience smoother.
